Old Cars spotlights a reader’s 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle and a 1953 Ford pickup.
Man, some guys have all the cool stuff. Case in point is Fred Stelling and his two sweet rides that he shared with us. Both haul in different ways if you catch my drift.
This is what Fred had to say about his Chevy and Ford…
“These are my two babies! I have been fortunate enough to have had many cool cars in my life. I had a ’68 Chevelle convertible and a ’56 Chevy pickup when I was a kid. The ’69 looks and feels and smells just like the ’68 did.
My ’53 Ford pickup project is all done under the hood and inside the cab. It just needs a little body massaging and paint… But it’s close.
Both have more power than the ones I had as a kid!”
