We saved this ’63 Impala from a certain fate, but it has been subjected to the ravages of time sitting dormant for decades.
This old Impala was found on a Western Kansas farmstead where it had been tucked away in old building decades ago. The building was about to come down, but we did get the Impala out before it met a crushing fate of the building coming down on it!!! The engine was gone, but the rest of the car was pretty much all there, just rough from decades of sitting. The car is a 4-door hardtop, which is a body style that you don’t see all the time and the car is equipped with factory Cool Pack Chevrolet Underdash A/C.
