The 2023 Des Moines Concours names the classes and sends a call out for show car applications.
Des Moines, IA – Since its inception over 20 years ago, Classics have been the cornerstone of the Des Moines Concours. Each year offers new entries which are rarely seen in public. As a matter of fact, the 2022 Best of Show winner was this spectacular 1933 Packard Convertible Victoria. This 1933 Packard Convertible Victoria is one of five built. Sold on August 5th, 1933 to the famous actor Maurice Chevalier, this car has not been seen since the 1940s. After a complete restoration and being accepted to Pebble Beach, the owners chose to make its inaugural showing at the Des Moines Concours d’Elegance.
