CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Luigi Chinetti Jr., who grew up tagging along with his parents to races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where his father Luigi Sr. had won three times, has been named Grand Marshal of the 2023 Chattanooga Motorcar Festival.
