CARTERSVILLE, GA – Savoy Automobile Museum announced the opening of its newest temporary exhibit, What’s in Chip’s Garage? Chip Foose is an automobile designer, artist, and star of the reality show “Overhaulin’.” He has won numerous awards for his work including the prestigious Ridler Award, which he has won three times and, he is a member of the Hot Rod Hall of Fame. He started working in his father’s custom car shop at age seven; he studied at the Art Center College of Design and worked for Boyd Coddington. While he has built exquisite cars for others, the real question is “What does Chip drive?” Join us for a never-been-shown display of Chip’s personal cars. This exhibition will be on display now through June 9, 2024. All vehicles are on loan from Chip Foose Collection.
